Delete your data, in one step.
Lampside has no accounts, no servers, and no cloud copy of your data. To remove everything, uninstall the app. That’s it.
Lampside doesn’t collect your email, doesn’t set up a profile, and doesn’t sync anything to a server. The app stores your session history, favorites, mood check-ins, and reflections on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
How to delete everything.
Pick the path that matches your device.
On Android.
On iOS (when iOS launches).
What about data you sent us by email?
If you’ve emailed us about a bug, a feature, or anything else, that email lives in our inbox. To have it deleted, send a request to the address below. We’ll permanently delete the thread within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Include “Data deletion request” in the subject line. You don’t need to verify anything beyond having access to the inbox you originally emailed from. A human responds, usually within 1–2 days, at most 30.
What we keep, what we don’t.
We don’t keep: usernames, emails, passwords, device IDs, push tokens, IP logs, analytics, crash reports, session history, mood entries, reflections, favorites, settings, or any other personal data. There is no server that holds any of it.
We might keep: the contents of an email you sent us (until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after our last reply, whichever comes first).
That’s the entire list. See the Privacy policy for the long version.
This page exists for a reason.
Google Play and the App Store require every app to publish a way for users to request data deletion. Most apps need it because most apps have accounts and servers. Lampside doesn’t — but the requirement applies to everyone. This page is the honest answer to that requirement, not a workaround for one.
